Chicken Salad Gone Wrong

While this is a great chicken salad, when ordering it to be delivered the shoppers have twice given me expired product. I feel this is unacceptable for a membership club, where you're paying for delivery.

Potential

The flavor is good, but this is a celery onion salad with a few cranberries, a hint of chicken and the slightest dusting of pecans. The ratio of veg to protein is easily 2:1. I'd rather drive an hour to the closest Buc-ee's or just make it myself. Someone might like it, but it's just not for me.
