Great chicken salad with cranberries and pecans. Put it on the larger croissants from the bakery and you have a delicious lunch or dinner. My wife puts it on Ritz crackers for smaller lunches.

I use a homemade recipe that our family loves. This is the best we can find in a store that comes close to my homemade version. My recipe calls for grapes instead of cranberries but I have used Craisins in mine as well when I didn't have grapes. I usually buy a tub every time I go into Sam's.

If you have never tried this you are missing out. The cranberries and pecans really add something special than plain chicken salad. We purchased Kings Hawaiian Rolls( also at Sam's Club. Cut them in half, put a small scoop of this on it, put the top on and served it to our guests at a party. They loved it!

Absolutely outstanding! Great for making a sandwich, a snack with crackers. I keep a container in the fridge for a quick bite. One container lasts me about 7-10 days.

Everyone knows that everyone has " their version" of Chicken Salad, as far as flavor goes- much like Potato Salad- everyone has the "one" that they like, so I was quite skeptical about trying this. I like my Chicken Salad on the sweeter end, and this product did not disappoint. Sweetness was just right- not too or too much. It was chock full of white bite-sized chicken pieces with ample amounts of what I thought was a sweet pickle, but turned out to be just celery, dried cranberries, roasted pecans, and a bit of dried onion mixed together with Mayonaisse sauce that has some great spices in it- has to because I swear I can taste sweet pickle, but it is not listed on the ingredient list! The container holds 2 pounds and a serving is 1/3 cup, so you can amply serve 10 people with the bucket. This will be great for those days when you need something fast as you can do so much with it. Sandwiches, Crackers with Chicken Salad topping, Celery and carrot sticks and Chicken Salad, Lettuce Boats with Chicken Salad- the ideas are endless. The taste is more gourmet- not your everyday Chicken Salad. I like it! I tried to add an image, but it failed, so that you could see that this is a very sophisticated-looking Chicken Salad. The cranberries make it "pop". It can be used every day, but don't shy away from using it with company.

Not many pecans in the salad. Could use a little more cranberry. This has changed from 1-2 years ago. It's still good. Just disappointing that the quality of the product has declined.

The chicken salad had a good mix of ingredients and tasted fresh. Overall it's not seasoned with much which makes my wife happy because she likes her food without a lot of seasoning.

I wanted this to be my go to, it was good but there was something about it.. As I look at the ingredients it may be the honey for the sweetness? It left an odd after taste, almost like a flour-e dryness. Here is the bottom line though, Instill ate the whole thing!

Bought this because it was $3 cheaper than Walmart's Market Fresh brand, hoping it would be similar. It's not. It's very onion-heavy and has a lower moisture content so doesn't spread as well on a cracker. It's not *bad*, per se, just definitely not my preference. Won't buy it again.
