Great TV - Terrible remote

I purchased my TV about 3 weeks ago. I am very pleased with the television put dislike the remote. It is definitely not user friendly. Poor design.

65" Crystal UHD 4K

I've had this tv for a year now and I have zero complaints. The screen is clear. The remote is easy to use. Very light to mount on a wall.

Great features

Love the TV!! Disappointed in the very small remote, hard to use when searching on the Internet and other things. Is there an upgrade for this TV?
