I was given the code to reset the tv to factory setting defaults. The picture was very bright and white in colour. So basically no colour . It seems to good now so far.

I placed a television in my living room after many years without one and am very pleased with other Samsung devices I have owned. I especially like the very slim profile of this television and it integrates into my living space very well.

We purchased this TV through a wifi promotion deal, and we have been very pleased with the picture and resolution! The sound is great too. My husband uses it for his games mainly, and it always has good a picture and keeps up with the fast motions.

Bought my TVast year. Works great. Love the health apps! Great pic and sound. Unfortunately is not compatible with Alexa — unless I don't know how to connect.
