The setup would have been easier if there was helpful instructions. The fact that I was setting up a home theater system made the problem worse. But the TV is fantastic

Purchased less than 30 days ago and is still trying to learn all its features. Do not like the remote at all. Great picture quality but the sound could be better for a smart TV. Will purchase again.

Good except for dropping Netflix sometimes. It's necessary to unplug it for a minute and then plug it back in and then Netflix will load I have 5G Google, so there's no problem with my Wi-Fi or my router

I bought this a few months back, and have it mounted on my living room wall. It's like having my own personal theatre on the wall. Crystal clear picture, and movies are awesome. I highly recommend this TV.

I don't find it very intuitive. For example, each time I want to watch YouTubeTV for news I need to go to apps and find it if I watch a different streaming platform afterwards. I choose “Add” but this doesn't save.

I purchased this model after many visits to different stores and getting mixed information on so many makes and models.I feel that it is the best TV in this price area.

It works great but has some glass chip in a corner of the tv and a few scratches in same spot was bought brand new from store but can't send it back for another one with out a bocx

I love how easy it is to cast from my phone to the TV. Also it's so easy to use Prime and YouTube. It would be better if the HDMI and electrical plugs were at 90 degrees to allow it to clear the wall easier.
