Beautiful tv with beautiful pictures and sound

Questionable quality

Purchased the first TV in October, had to exchange it in December. Picture kept blacking out along with audio. Had to keep rebooting the TV. Same thing has started to happen to the replacement TV. Seriously something wrong with the electronics of the units.

Exceptional Clarity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We stream, use OTA broadcasts and still enjoy playing DVD's and are very pleased with with the picture and audio dynamics of each medium. Would not hesitate to recommend Samsung as a go to TV choice.

Works great for now

So for now it has helped keep us up to date on todays news, as well as our entertainment when not working on the house.. the picture of appears sharp, & it was easy to set up out of the box.. Overall very decent TV for the price.

Amazing Image

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV image is extremely clear and high definition. The TV occasionally has an issue changing between apps and freezes up. That is the only issue I've had. It's a great TV overall and definitely recommend!

There are two ways to do this: 1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. 2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Great TV -Good Price

I've now had this TV for several weeks and seems to have a good picture and fair sound quality from the built in speakers.I also have it hooked to Samsung sound bar (5.1) and the TV can send Athmos decoding to the sound bar through E-ARC HDMI. For the price , this is all the TV most people will need.

So impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never dreamed I could get this size and quality of my favorite brand of electronics! Even my OTA signal has improved with this TV for some reason! No lags or buffering with AT&T 100 Mbps fiber. Picture, sound everything is incredible.

Great but Wifi issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and game response time but have some issues with wifi connectivity and the smart hub. Overall apart from minor troubleshooting the TV has been exactly what I've needed to replace my very old 720p TV.

Hi EvHamm, Thank you for sharing your experience with Internet connectivity. If you’re experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection, we suggest you try the following: 1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router 4. Try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. You can enable automatic updates for convenience. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope these tips help resolve your concerns. Love My New TV!

I was hesitant at first because the model I purchased was not the model I viewed in store, as I purchased the last one and I couldn't be more happier with it! The game mode and theatre modes are the ones I use the most, but the live tv feature and all the movies it channels it provided was such a bonus! Couldn't be happier!

Top TV brand in the market
