But quite impressed after experiencing it. The quality of image even with the big resolution is outstanding, overall it exceeded my expectations..

I have a Samsung 4K 55” at home and when my parents needed a new tv, I knew exactly where to turn. The resolution is fantastic, all the quality you would expect from a Samsung. Would recommend and I will look to Samsung whenever I need a replacement for my own tv next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally decided to purchase a Samsung tv. The quality of this image is Amazing!! The colors and options and features are great. One of the most surprising fest it has is that it's a gaming console in itself , and I can just connect my game controls and vuala! All set. Another cool thing about it is that It sync to all my other Samsung devices, like my washer and dryer , so I can get notify when the load is done. One of my favorites though, has to be the Samsung TV, it has its own channels , A lot of channels. I sometimes when I have nothing to watch I go into the Samsung tv channels and browse through there. I did not give it a 5 star because it dies seem slower than when I was using third party smart TV functions- like fire stick and such.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv is easy to set up, just plug it in. I ditched the cable box on this TV bc it wasn't compatible but don't even miss it. The TV comes with lots of channels and streaming options so don't need to spend extra on cable. This is my first Samsung TV but I'd definitely consider more Samsung TVs in the future

Overall happy with the tv. Picture is very good. Software is a little wonky at times. Just plan on a sound bar as sound is tinny in large room. Disappointed it does not have the art frame option as it says online. Seems like this membership club model got that feature nixed. I get a lot of compliments on the beautiful picture the tv has. This is my first Samsung tv in 20 years and I'm happy I chose this one. Let's hope it lasts longer than my last one which made 18 months.

It's a great tv but it does a little too much and a little not enough. It forces you to use their home base station vs switching through inputs etc. It try's very hard but can be cumbersome. Picture quality size etc are all amazing. Just needs a little help on software.
