We bought this TV to put in our basement family room, what a great move. It really added to the environment of the space, it is so bright and crisp as far as picture goes. The set up was straight forward and easy. The price for what you are getting in a TV is amazing too. I would buy this TV again in the future. The sound from the factory speakers could be better, but for the price I can't complain too much.

A couple minor things: The plastic on the top in the back is fairly flimsy and isn't securely fastened to the face. The wifi connection cuts out sometimes and is very stubborn to restart.

Thank you for a clear picture, clear sound.... white the controller is tough on big fingers you put me at mental status at ease, nothing like applying to jobs and then kicking back with my 43 inch tv, i worked for you, i saved for you, invested in you samsung... we invest in each other...

The hook up to external devices such as HDMIs and communication with the receivers lack some attention. having to re-recognize devices, time and time again. the TV doesn't always say passcodes for internet use.

This is my 1st Samsung TV, I won't ever own have a different brand TV after having this one. I have a Samsung phone and I like that it's all connected. We bond around gaming, watching Youtube videos and streaming shows on Max, Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV, Netflix, and Tubi. On Saturday mornings, we play Apple Music while we clean the house. We also watch Samsung TV and stream our cable service to watch live broadcasts like the games. My favorite features about the t.v are, it's sound, the ability to bluetooth to our surround system, the picture and the home screen. The colors are vivid, the contrasts sharp, and that 4K is great! I have all of my most used apps on the home screen, which makes the interface easy to navigate to my favorites. The best thing, to me, is the Alexa compatibility. It helps me conserve energy and control the t.v with voice commands. I use it in an Alexa skill for every morning. It turns on so I have the news playing with the time on the t.v so I can know if I'm on time. When i leave, it turns off. We also use this feature while on vacation to create the illusion that we are home. There is a lot of feature built into this television. Those feature really make this a Smart T.V. I even feel smarter for buying it.

I'm still trying to adjust the color settings to find the perfect fit for sports (football and hockey differ), but so far the tv is great. Very sleek and affordable price. The TV was bigger than our last but with wall mounting it seems to have opened up the room. Price was good for what you get!
