Clear and colorful picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors pop in 4k and the blacks are deep on this Samsung television which is why I usually stick with the brand each time I replace a TV in the household. Fortunately, I haven't had to replace any very often because they last long and the only true upgrade I required was to move up the chain from 1080 to 4k because gaming consoles, UHD players, and even some streaming services all broadcast in 4k. Also, it's an easy to navigate menu and fairly quick to respond.

Great Television

Nice television

have several older samsungs. this was a nice upgrade. good color and easy to set up. i like the bluetooth feature since i wear hearing aids but wish i could use optical output and connect my headset. i can only do it using the tv speaker. other than that glad i bought the tv.

Very good TV

Very, very good TV. I have several Samsung TV's and they haven't failed me. I will continue to purchase Samsung products. However, the remote to this TV is abysmal and cheap. I've requested they send me the older version remote (great remote...good buttons and great size), but I've had difficulty reaching a department that can help. Please do contact me as I would really appreciate the older remote shipped to me. I feel its a small request for the big purchases I've made. Other than that, I'm extremely pleased with Samsung...and I've had a very nice experience with an online support customer care specialist.

Amazing quality and picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our Samsung tv for movies, streaming, youtube, gaming, etc absolutely love it the picture quality is amazing. Sounds just as good too. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that sometimes it will freeze up and won't connect to the internet we have to unplug the TV and wait about a min then reset the connection on the tv.

I love my TV

Beautiful Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is the best I have ever had. All the Pictures are Crystal clear . The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the sound will turn off sometimes and I need to unplug and start again. The sound does not go very loud but with a sound bar it is great. Also,I think it could be friendlier to the user but I am a bit challenged anyway. Overall I liked the TV so much I bought a second one. My husband loves watching the Games on it.

There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying if this happens again. 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.
