This is my first “smart. TV” The picture is excellent very clear. The sound is good, took a bit of finagling to pair it with my sound bar (not a Samsung) but now it's recognized when the set comes on. Alexa still struggles with commands. There's no Alexa app?! I recently canceled my tv service provider due to increasing prices. I was pleased to find the majority of the programs I watch had an app so I can still enjoy most of the shows…. but no TCM!! Can you work on that? The only disappointment was that the remote doesn't have voice control I was really surprised by that. I would recommend this product.

I bot this a few months ago and picture is great and setup was pretty simple. The only problem I am having is that there is a delay between the image and sound with Samsung Bluetooth speakers which grow longer the longer you watch. I've be experimenting with pausing shows and such to try to get it to sinc up but it doesn't work. I have heard some tvs have an audio setting to mitigate this but this tv doesn't have this option. I would hardwire if I could but our setup won't work for it. Might have to return Bluetooth and go with my old amplifier

Cost effective and performance piece, this fits the budget and expectation. It always feels like the best movie experience right in our own home. The definition and clarity are spot on. Feels like we're in the scene with the actors. The sound quality is perfect. Channel sound doesn't go in and out on certain shows and commercials. Samsung streaming channel's are everything I didn't know I needed. I'm very happy with the channel and network selections provided on all the TV 's. There are various options of educational channel's and as a Teacher, I absolutely love that. Needless to say, we're very happy with all our Samsung's!

I like that i can use smart thing app to control my tv from my galaxy a15. Overall this is a great tv and i recommend it if you are interested to buy this tv.

I love movies and wanted a quality TV and since I have multiple Samsung product, I read the reviews and took the plunge. I bout the 75 inch and couldn't be more happy, I especially like the "film maker " mode as I can see how hard the director and DP worked to light their movies ( watch Blade Runner 2049 on it and tell me your not amazed at the quality) Great product, wish I could have afforded the 85" 😁😁
