Had to replace screen within first 3 months, but it was civered by warranty. This is the second time i had to replace screen this year

difficult to install due to poor directions; no manual. picture is very vivid which makes people look fake.

After buying one 43” TV for the bedroom, the features were so much better than my older 55” Samsung, I had to buy the newer 7000 series for the living room.

Delivery exceeded expectations. The de l every guys brought the 85 inch TV in the house, set it up, and verified that it was in working before asking me to sign for the delivery. The TV picture is great. Programming the TV was fast and easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was advertised with a Next-Gen gaming console, XBOX Series X, to be specific. So being that is was advertised with a Next-Gen console I, naturally, assumed that it would house the same advanced features to showcase the extraordinary new abilities of the new gaming console (ie.: 120FPS, VRR, HDMI 2.1, ALLM, etc.). However it was and still is an infuriating realization of the inability to fully experience all of the state of the art technologies from graphics to processing capabilities built into the new gaming hardware.

The one issue I have with everyone of my Samsung TVs and this is a luxury issue but the dark scenes when there's a lot of black background, I feel the picture is not as clear as it is with every other aspect. If I could make one suggestion, it would be clearing up the pixels of a dark black background or darker background.

The ability to move so quickly allows me to quickly enjoy my different options. I would recommend this TV to anyone, even if they don't need the transitions to other platforms.
