Christian, thank you so much for your feedback. We're incredibly sorry for the confusion and frustration. To answer your questions, this brush has a 24 hours charge time but a 4 week battery life when brushing for 4 minutes a day. The charging light near the on/off switch blinks green while charging. Once fully charged the indicator light turns off. If the battery is running low, the light blinks red after switching the brush off. The three modes for this brush are: Super Sensitive, Gentle, and Daily Clean. You can tell what mode you're on based on the rpm.
