We recommend following these steps to effectively clean your Oral-B brush:<br />1. After brushing, rinse the brush head and handle thoroughly under running water, with the handle switched on.<br />2. Switch the brush handle off, remove the brush head from the handle, and clean both parts separately under running water.<br />3. Our toothbrushes are also designed to be comfortable to hold and easy to use for a wide variety of consumers. While very rare, this can occur if the brush is stored in a location that is exposed to mold and bacteria, and the plastic comes into contact with ingredients of a corrosive nature (e.g. cleaning agents, sprays, cosmetics, soaps, etc.). Certain ingredients used in those types of products can make the plastic porous, allowing dirt and moisture to find places to settle.
