this is my second generac, the first one is 13 years old and still runs perfectly . The new gp 7500 has the power I need currently and I'll keep my old 4000 extended life unit as a backup.

The winter of 2013/2014 will be remembered as one of the worst! What a comfort knowing that we are prepared for the next storm. That I'm sure will be coming soon. Thanks Generac.

It has worked well since purchased. We feel very confident that it will meet all our requirements. I have recommended this unit to 2 friends, one of which is seriously considering a purchase of an identical unit.

My current generac xp8000e is 12 years old - and has gotten me through many outages. I am retiring it to backup and replacing with the new model. Strange as it seems the $$ is about the same WOOT!! This model is much quieter than my old one :-)

I just got this generator and so far it seems to be a workhorse. It was easy to put together and get ready to use the first time. I still need to get my transfer switch wired up and then I'll be ready.

We purchased this generator in anticipation of another severe winter. It was fast and easy to set up and it was a great value compared to other brands we checked.

I live in hurricane country. That means rain. This thing cannot be operated in rain, so it does me no good. I will have to get a machine that works in bad weather.

Bought to supply power to whole house. It exceeded our expectations by running everything without any problems. Run time meter, idle switch, electric start all provided a very satisfying experience during a major storm with an extended power outage.

Very easy use ! Able to use this for all electric items except air conditioner! Hot water tank. Well pump refrigerators and light fans and television! Great product at a great price from a top notch company!
