Purchased thisd product last year in August 2020. and it has worked great for me and my family. If I need another unit I will think of a 13000 unit propane gas unit with auto start and testing.

I cannot get it started I filled oil and gas turned switch on full choke turned gas on pulled chord and it will not fire. Turned choke off pulled some more and still will not fire. I exchanged my first one for same reason. What am I doing wrong?

From the time I opened the box, I new it was going to be a good day. Easy assembly, nice looking and ready to go. After I did the preliminary's the generac started right away. Worked as expected. Tks Generac....

This General proved to be well suited to meet my needs during this past year’s hurricane season. It was easy to start and maintain. Pushing it with that handle can be a bit tricky. However, overall it deserves a great rating.

Purchased this generator due to all of the freak weather events in Massachusetts. Saved the house when we lost power for 6 days due to the October snow storm. We had heat and hot water and a full kitchen to keep us safe and in our own home.

Bought this generator after our last hurricane. Works awesome. Can power up the whole house. Uses less gas than my old generator. Easy to start. After buying this, I had 4 relatives get the same exact generator. Highly recommended.

We use our generator for special events and for backup purposes, not very noisy for its size/power, fuel efficient and very reliable, I would highly recommend the GP17500E!

Good value for the money. Easy to set up. Started up immediately. Did leak some gas through the carb prior to starting but probably was a stuck float.
