Bought the package which included free filing but you charged me anyway?

Barely satisfactory

I have used turbotax for many years and I found this year's app vexing and harder to use.

This year's sucked

I have used turbo tax every year for 10 years without any problems, THIS YEAR it didn't submit my taxes altho it said it did. It needed an "update" before it did. But I wasn't notified. I thought it odd that I didn't get update notices, but got busy until I checked my bank account for the withdrawal and it wasn't there. Now I'm late. Changing tax formats now.
