Difficulty this year

Very intuitive application. Less "bossy" than last year yet guidance when needed.

Turbo Tax was so easy to use did not need any help.

Turbo Tax is a qualify tax preparation software.

Turbo tax is good

This was the most bug-ridden version of TTAX I have ever seen. Every time I opened it, it used another activation. Several screens were completely blank, and the investment module seemed to not have been loaded at all.  I finally uninstalled and loaded a new clean version (at the cost of another activation) and struggled for 2 more days trying to get it to handle an HSA issue. Looking online, it's apparent there are  number of known issues.

Buggy

Finding out about how close to "No Tax on Social Security" isn't a required function of Turbo Tax, but it would be an insightful addition for your users to know how much lower your taxes are for a specific item such as "No Tax on Social Security". I can share with you how I built my own steps to figure our the diference.
