Easy peasy!

Great! Turbo Tax was a breeze! It even let me upload pdf files for certain topics. Ihave used Turbo Tac for years and will continue to do so!

Too high in deposit fees

Need to have easier way to make corrections on the special tax schedules. Too high in auto deposits for refund.

Turbo tax is great

The questions are too redundant and confusing. Some font are humongous and not standardized. One font size to use is good enough.

easy to use from year to year

Turbo-Tax is Great

Turbo-Tax easily guides me through the tax filing process. I have been using TurboTax for many years, at least 20 years now.

Excellent filing resource for seniors!

TheTurboTax format is easy to follow. We like the option to complete our return via a downloaded app vs. directly online.

Interface/Guidance issues

importing tax data was much more difficult/confusing than previous years. Eventually had to hand enter all data.
