I was able to figure out all I needed to submit the taxes but I did call Turbo tax but that person was not helpful.

Downloading the software is painful. The software will also not accept a correct zip code for a 1099-R and won't let me e-file.

Many new screens not related to new tax law, making it more difficult to use (have used Turbo tax for many years)

it was ok, however you have to pay for e-file and it pushing to buy its features however I choose decline

Using TurboTax has always been easy, especially with being able to import data from financial institutions.

I have used TurboTax since 1997 and I had more trouble following instructions this year than ever before.

So disappointing that there's a fee to e-file my state return. The cost of the software is expensive, so this extra cost hurts.

It was good until the end when I got hit with the filing fee. And STOP pestering us to pay someone in India to help with my taxes.

I have used Turbotax Deluxe for over ten years with little or no difficulties. I would highly recommend this software.

Easy to use. Accurate and provides assistance throughout the process. Love the review for completeness and accuracy.
