I have used TT every year since it came out and will continue to use it. Great program. Error checking is a great help.

I have been a Turbo Tax user for many years. It is my go-to software to prepare and submit my taxes.

Download from brokerage account was very confusing. Didn't appear to import the data. We had to manually import it.

Right now it is trying to CHARGE ME for the Federal retiurn ! Since when do we need to pay a fee for electronic filing of thew Federal Return ?

Very easy to use assuring accuracy of my return! Checking for errors as you enter your tax information.

had to enter my data 2 times because the program got stuck on a review page and stayed there for over 12 hours.

Turbo Tax does not provide a good way to do "what if" analysis. This is important for retirement decisions.

Turbo Tax is good but not the 1099R section, it is very hard to understand. You need to make this section easy to understand.

The 1095A enter was not a good experience. The selection to enter this information in did not appear in TuboTax until the form was rejected. WHY???

I've used Turbo Tax for a number of years. It is easy to use, very institutive and provides me with excellent results.
