I have been using Turbotax for over 20 years and it has not disappointed me once. The software is easy to use and understand.

I've been using TurboTax for many years. Always accurate. I have never had any issues with the program.

Very helpful to prepare your returns, once data is compiled. Calculations and less familiar areas are handled with Turbotax help.

Ease of entry, download from income sources, good review of data. A few detailed topics can be confusing initially. Easy to file once completed.

I couldn't do my taxes without TurboTax. I really like their references to topics as I input my information.

Initial rollout of the software couldn't be loaded. Had to wait for bugs to be fixed. Never had this issue before.

Great product... accurate, and easy to follow instructions. Have been using TurboTax Deluxe for over 15 years. Highly recommend it.

A few places where $0 was entered required additional info or correction/deletion of entry when review check was made.

Did not speak with anyone directly but turbo tax is easy to navigate and i use it every year for taxes
