Intuit TurboTax Deluxe 2024 Email Delivery, Federal and State Returns + Federal E-file with $10 in-product credit

Need more explanation when user wants it and when needed.

Very easy to use for fiiing taxes.  The ability to e-file is a great benefit

You took away it's deductible. Bring something to value my giving or I will not use you.

Not having the charitible contributions add on for donated goods is a big miss.

Your user interface has gone from very good to almost unusable.  Unless you go back to somethng more like the old user interface, I will not procure Turbotax for next year.  Your changes added a huge amount of frustration and days of unnecessary repetitive work.  I finally resorted to using forms, I can only hope I got it right.  I have used TurboTax for the past 20 years (maybe longer) and in one year, you destroyed the trust I had in you.

Your User Interface is now terrible.

I love how turbo tax always makes things easy for me. I had an issue since I didn't file a return from a previous year. I called to talk with a representative and they were super helpful. They literally stayed on the phone with me until I was comfortable to move forward on my own. I am for sure using Turbo tax again next year!
