Ms. Flow went above and beyond in helping me correct an error of mis information that was even to me by another Turbo Agent in April of 2024. She was wonderful, patient and very helpful.

Your software is very slow. Constantly requires a re-install and constantly requests to re-license. It didn't used to be this poor quality. And you need a native M chip version for MacOS

relatively easy to process my own taxes, once I have all my paperwork together. The information on K-1 info was a bit limited, but I was able to figure it out, "most likely" correct answer.

Returns were rejected repeatedly and TurboTax said they would fix it and reported that I could file again. Never pointed out what I errors. Very disappointed.

My experience with TurboTax has been such a great and successful experience. It was very easy and quite amazing with the help of one of their experts Michael with 36 years of experience he was so awesome and I would reccommend to everyone.

I love the product. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is because I thought I would get a $10 credit when I efile a state return, but I wasn't given that credit.

I dealt with John in a live telephone call. He was just incredible. He helped me diagnose the problem which was at my end and I was able to resolve it and move on. One of the best tech support people I have ever dealt with. Thank you John
