I love the product, except that there is a glitch in the K-1 (1065) section that wont resolve and the program then won't e-file so I end up having to print and mail my returns. Otherwise it's great.

i filed an extension and paid taxes. when finalizing my forms it never asked me if i paid already. if it did it was not clearly understood. so i had to google where to find it.

I use Turbo Tax every year and I love the program for it is simple to use and points me in the right direction to complete my taxes on time. Would not think of doing my taxes any other way. Thank You Turbo Tax for help when I need it most.

I could not figure out how to save my return to online because I can't update my computer to windows 11. I wish there was just a simple button to click, like save to pdf.

Florida does not require tax returns, I got stuck in a loop and could not efile, it kept asking me to file my state returns. I had to print and mail my returns.

Very hard to print. you charge for state e-file....$50 for two states vs .78 post stamp I like to keep files separate for each state and could not print them separately .

I have been. a user. since the software was released. application works great with one exception. The processing of . k-`s is clumsy and difficult to understand..

very confusing for 2024 filing. intuit removed several steps that were very helpful and explanatory in prior years. had to go back several times to verify information was entered correctly.
