I love the product. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is because I thought I would get a $10 credit when I efile a state return, but I wasn't given that credit.

Whole application is extremely good year after year. But for tax year 2024, entering INT, DIV, CG, MISC manually (bypassing electronic download from source institution) was very awkward. /tjp 818/25

Turbotax wasn't clear enough to explain the several times my return was rejected due to missing IP PIN. Specifically it did not clearly state why and how that I had to get the IP PIN

The California LLC form 568 will not accept California Secretary of State file numbers which begin with the letter "B", like modern LLCs do. Hence I'm forced to file by mail.

I love TurboTax -- and it just seems to get better and easier every year! I love how intuitive it feels, and I love being able to import documents from my financial institutions, and I love being able to import previous years' information.

Ms. Flow went above and beyond in helping me correct an error of mis information that was even to me by another Turbo Agent in April of 2024. She was wonderful, patient and very helpful.

Your software is very slow. Constantly requires a re-install and constantly requests to re-license. It didn't used to be this poor quality. And you need a native M chip version for MacOS
