Turbo Tax is great the only problem I had was I had something entered twice and the accuracy check didn't catch it

How come Turbo Tax didn't generate a form 8453 this year to transmit sales of capital assets, that were not itemized?

TT guidance is excellent and I always felt like you folks are the next best thing to hiring a tax attorney

Easy and accurate as always. I abhore high pressure sales tactics and TT wisely avoids them and relys on their reputation and customer loyalty.

It seems ridiculous that the downloaded version does not talk to the online version. I did online version last year and downloaded this year, and the downloaded version thinks I did not file my taxes last year.

Many years of using TurboTax, and this time I had to pay for an expert from TT to get through the K-1 exercise because TurboTax wasn't nearly as clear in its guidance as I've come to expect. Outside of that, it was smooth sailing once again.

5 years ago TT was a great product. I have used it for over 30 years. Not it has slipped into mediocrity. One used easy be able to drill down and find the source of an entry. Now it is extremely hard to find.

It was difficult to find where to enter the amount sent to the IRS for Form 4868 for an Extension. K-1 form entries were not guided step by step. Had to manually go through the form to fill out all of the K-1 information.

purchase the software. states $10.00 credit to be used. go to check out. states can use the $10.00 credit toward state e-filing.... 25.00 charge will be $15.00. good uh. but total charge is $25.00 not $15.00 Bait and Switch?????
