I have used TurboTax for years. I did not like this version. It was much more difficult to follow than previous years!

simplified, importing information is a huge plus, did not see any explanation on $ 6000.00 deduct to offset ss withholdings.

It was difficult to start since it would not load like last year. Then it did not send out email when I completed.

My experience with Turbo Tax as a 20+ year user has been overwhelmingly positive. It is thorough, simple and accurate.

No ability to import 1099-B forms when they are too large. No ability to attach PDF 1099-B when filing. Users are forced to mail out that form

Very difficult for seniors to download turbo tax... I am NOT a computer person!!! Have a mail option for seniors to software...
