Turbotax is not as good as used to be.

It locked upon me several times before I was able to complete. it got confused when I purchased a download vs going online to use that version.

Turbo Tax is great, HOWEVER.....If the product I choose says State Tax is INCLUDED, why do I still have to pay a DISCOUNTED rate of $15?
