This is the four year, I have completed my taxes with Turbo tax. Program is ease to use. Love doing E-File.

The TurboTax Deluxe format seemed to have changed a bit from previous years. I found some of the changes confusing and hard to understand.

Been using TurboTax for 20 years. The yearly changes are subtle making it very easily complete the current year tax return.

Difficult to figure out where the imported documents are stored. I had to download them again to the local drive to find the state info needed.

When the AGI is correctly entered on the return and it is exactly what is shown on IRS.gov, the return should not be rejected.

nickel and dime to e-file state, should be included with the software purchase already, ill try different company next time

Trying to get use to the upgrade and changes made to the software. Some I like and some I don't care for.

I always use turbo tax, but this year some things changed making filing more difficult, i am not confident i wont have problems this year.

Turbo Tax is very helpful and professional tax expert guiding me through all steps of filing tax return.
