The whole 1099 R section was late and then it was inaccurate. The double entries for boxes 14-16 really cost me time and confidence!

I'm very unhappy with Turbo Tax. It added on a Premium service I did not ask for. I'm following instructions to get rid of it but it doesn't work.

Very difficult for seniors to download turbo tax... I am NOT a computer person!!! Have a mail option for seniors to software...

TURBOTAX was fine. Problem was Intuit not accepting 2 valid and active credit cards. I believe I had the same problem last year.

Didn't provide enough information about some topics to allow an informed decision. The program was much more difficult than in the past.
