I don't trust the accuracy of the desktop version this year due to its inability to handle my husband's HSA situation this year

i paid for state and federal tax filing, but then it made me pay again. This is a bait and switch scheme. I wont use turbo tax again

Turbotax is GREAT! can be a little challenging to get downloaded, but after that the whole tax bit was easy!!

Turbotax is very easy and intuitive to use, and is flexible in terms of going through each step of completing the return.

nickel and dime to e-file state, should be included with the software purchase already, ill try different company next time

Mixed review. Some improvement but less user friendly than previous years. Investment gains & losses not required on 8949 required further research.

I couldn't be more obtuse when it comes to taxes, finances, investments, etc. The fact that I can even get through the process is amazing to me.

I had to get a new computer with WINDOWS 11 Because I could not use windows 10. Costly and time consuming.
