Good product. Really annoying to see constant, intrusive attempts to upsell other services in a product I already paid for.

Once again TurboTax made preparing and filing both our Federal and State returns a relatively stress free experience!

I've been using TT for over 20 years, this year was the first time I found it to be a little confusing. It was not broken, why did you try to fix it?

I've used TurboTax for many, many years and I have always been pleased with its accuracy and ease of use.

It took a while to adjust to the new method of entering information manually, but I eventually figured out how to accomplish this.

As long as I can install turbotax on my pc and do my taxes I will be fine. The day it goes cloud based only I will be done with Turbotax.

Long-time user and prefer the Desktop version, so please continue that option. I would move onto another product if the Desktop version went away.

I was very disappointed i was unable to specify the date to charge my credit card for paying my federal return.

Very erratic in retrieving information. Difficult to find old returns, difficult to print for records, especially required forms.

So disappointed that Turbotax tries to charge extra at the very end to e-file, even though they say it is free.
