Good software for walking through all tax forms and options, but too many screens trying to upsell tax advice and other products.

Fast, accurate and reliable. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and recommend it to friends and family.

The need to provide prior year's AGI was a surprise - should have been noted in early parts of the info gathering process.

I have used Turbotax for over 10 years. I found the software more difficult to use this year. It was not as intuitive.

Very disappointing for this 2 decade user. Very poor guidence. Printing is enormous hassle. Told me CT was not proper abbreviation for Connecticut!!!

meh. its necessary evil. and to have to pay for state filing is stupid when we bought a version with a state included.

I WAS UPSET THAT I HAD TO UPGRADE TO MICROSOFT 11, THIS CAUSED CONFUSION, NEW PURCHASE AND DELAYS, ONCE EVERYTHING WAS SET UP IT WENT SMOOTHLY

There is an on line version and a desktop. Be careful which one you use. The desktop lets you do multiple returns the on line is one only.

the program is easy to use and accurate. A first time user can use with with the guided instruction.

No seamless transition downloading software this year. It took me 15 hours to file this year, when historically has taken 60-90 minutes
