Software is easy to use, just follow the insructions, will transfer last year's return if Turbo Tax was used and import various income documents

The import from PDF feature was very useful. I used Tax Advice to check the return after completing and was very helpful

I have always found Turbo Tax to be simple to use and it addresses all my questions on a proactive basis.

Much more difficult than previous years! Also, misleading information about state filing and then received a charge for my refund.

You stopped supporting windows 10. Makes it harder to complete at home and I'm not comfortable putting all my information online.

My wife doesn't have a SSN and should have been able to enter Non-Residential Alien as an option. The TurboTax tool would not allow text to be input.
