Impossible to describe the frustration level with 2024 Desktop version of TurboTax. Kept getting a "hit a snag" error pop-up when trying to pay for state e-file and their $40 Audit Defender. Was never able to get to the point to pay for those extras. Spent 2 1/2 hours over to nights with TurboTax service advisors (who were very gracious to work with) but we could never get to the root of the problem which is now forcing me to file by mailing my return which is very irritating to me after so blasted much time with service advisors.

I've used TurboTax to complete my personal income tax returns for over twenty years. I find the software quite user-friendly and generally easy to complete my taxes. I decided to pay a fee for the availability of a tax expert, as I had some questions with regard to one of the K-1s that we had. Smart move! The tax person was superb. They walked me through, step-by-step, filling in the forms in the TurboTax software. I definitely recommend using this service.

Why I can not opt out the premium service of defense which I was stuck to pay $45 without way to skip it? I had to log on to Intuit and pay with my Creditcard for state tax e-filing. Just not making any sense. Other than this last step, the program is great and should be five stars.

Have used TT for many years and always come back. Walk through is always complete and easy to understand. Just wish that the ability to calculate interest and penalties was built in since I missed filing on time and now have to wait for a bill from the IRS.

I have been using TurboTax for decades and I am pleased to report that it remains the premier product for the preparation and filing of individual income tax returns. The dialog feature has been getting better over the years and tax returns are now easier to prepare than ever before.

Every time I install TTax on a new PC, it asks me for tons of information that is for your benefit, and which you already have, name, address, phone,etc. For those activated through logging into Intuit, why do you have to do this? Of course, I will no longer have the issue, as you do not support Win 10, and, based on past experience, I will not use Win 11.

Easy to use. Great service and user friendly and makes filing very easy.
