Fast and efficient and made it so easy to do my taxes and file them all in one sitting. I know it's accurate too. I loved the features too. Very compatible too. The interface was easy to follow.

Things went as good as previous years except for printing. Each time I try to print, it wants me to do my state return and I have already completed it. Not sure what is going on.

Product itself is great. No issues. Interface with Adobe is terrible. Crashed my computer 4 times just trying to save off a copy. Didn't matter if I used Adobe or Microsoft Print to PDF. Both crashed the computer. Please fix.

TURBO TAX UPDATES SEEM TO BE A LOT SLOWER THAN USAL ESPECIAALY THE DONATION CATAGORY. I ALWAYS LIKED THE HELP PAGE TO FIGURE OUT THE PRICE GUIDE FOR ME

I've been a TurboTax user for several years. The software gets easier to use every year. The step-by-step guide makes doing taxes a no-brainer. Highly recommended.

Very user friendly. The only reason that I didn't rate a 5 is due to Form 1095-A. It does not appear on any of the lists that I use to enter my info. I have to search for instructions to include the required info on my tax return.

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years. I find it easy to use and since my circumstances remain the same year after year it is even easier to get this job done. Thank you for a very user friendly product.

Was very disappointed when I got ready to do my taxes, I had to wait a week to do my taxies because information was missing from my tax software I need to do my taxes

Figuring out where to place out-of-state inheritance in the software was a major problem, but having used Turbo Tax successfully for many years, I am going to continue to do so.

it was easy to use at first, i bought turbo tax deluxe from the store and used that on, had me sign in but didn't transfer last year's taxes I did on turbo tax online. had some trouble finding my AGI, it should of transferred it over!!
