I do not appreciate having to pay for my refund to be sent to my bank account. What an extra way for you to make money. I thought getting an actual check was a security issue and direct deposit is safer and less costly, NOT.

A total pain in the butt to purchase. System keeps pushing me to use the web client. Guidance within the app is lacking and the accuracy of the information generated is rather poor forcing me to go back a few times over info.

Been using Turbo Tax forever, and it is so easy to use and the most accurate Tax software I ever purchased. I highly recommend Turbo Tax for all your income tax reporting.

Product makes even complicated taxes easier to maneuver through, especially with the accountant assistance process embedded into the software. I have used this software for over 15 years and up to now it has been accurate.

I find the current program very confusing. The previous version was much easier to follow and input data. After Turbo changed the design, it made it a lot harder to follow. I suggest going back to the previous version.

I've used TurboTax for over 15 years. I was really ticked off that you required Windows 11. You could have included Windows 10 with extended security. Had to find a computer with Windows 11

A little different this year in the steps Turbo Tax walked me thru the soft ware. Wanted to identify all the forms we would be used. I didn't hare some when I started but worked through it. It worked out very nicely
