Easy to navigate and gets more intuitive each year. Customer service is very good. My return got saved by Turbotax to a different user on my PC which required help to find. Other than that, perfect.

Turbo Tax is streight forward Q. and A. I wouldn't use any other program. I have used Turbo Tax for the past 25 years. Keep it up Turbo Tax. Two thumbs up ! It is compatable with all the features I can use.

This year's software is a total cluster!! Keeps asking for forms that I didn't even fill out saying there are errors. Multiple times. Total mess never again Turbo Tax!!!

E filing went very smoothly. Had to review printed documents to confirm the S/S $6000 credit calculation. It was not mentioned in the entry process. A note of some sort would have helped.

For the year 2025, I am just giving 2 starts as the application was unable to pull Crypto investments as well as allowable losses from last year. It was more manual this year.

I found it more user friendly when I last used it 10 years ago. No allowance is made to add required documents to the state e-file. In plain words, the state charge for e-file is a rip off since it doesn't satisfy the state requirements.

So easy to do. Just answer the questions!! I didn't need to use the assistant but it is nice to have that available. My taxes are simple so it is easy for me.

The discontinuance of Itsdeductible site was not helpful, and neither was not being able to retrieve past records from it for valuation assistance. That should be reimplemented to TurboTax users.

I had a lot of trouble navigating in turbo tax this year compared to prior years. Changes in your user interface have made the program worse. I will look elsewhere for tax software next year.
