I love Turbo Tax. I have been using it forever. I use to do all my kids taxes but now they are all doing their own. I will probably use it until I die. Thank you

Less Human friendly. I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years. For some reason it gets harder and harder to use as its less customer friendly. Sounds like AI has taken over the forms and less human friendly.

The discontinuance of Itsdeductible site was not helpful, and neither was not being able to retrieve past records from it for valuation assistance. That should be reimplemented to TurboTax users.

Excellent as always. But, I still prefer it on CD/DVD. I found that it is sometimes easier to manually enter an amount than to have to enter information about your bank. Please offer us a choice.

Product itself is great. No issues. Interface with Adobe is terrible. Crashed my computer 4 times just trying to save off a copy. Didn't matter if I used Adobe or Microsoft Print to PDF. Both crashed the computer. Please fix.

Very easy to use. Just make sure you have your previous year's AGI amount before you start the process, it can be locate on LINE 11 of your previous return. Happy Taxin'!!!

I always use your product, but I'm getting older and have vision issues now. The biggest problem i had was being able to read text that was white on pale blue or pale blue on white. A higher contrast combination would work better for older eyes.

Turbo_tax used to be easier to use than it is today... The interface is more complicated than it use to be and the options (especially printing) are limited and more complex...

Downloading the software took over an hour. I never could get an account created in my name. I eventually had to use my wife's account. Pretty frsitrating

The program will not allow easy changes when inputting information for the 1099 forms and when you go back to verify your information, you can't. Program wants to import information from third party groups and makes it difficult to do it yourself.
