Frustrating this year. Had 1099-MISC income that was for individual only. Had to purchase help ($50) to get it through the edits as the AI generated answer did not provide the right information as the form and answer were not in sync.

I am always totally satisfied with doing my taxes via TURBOTAX. It makes life so much simpler and is and always has been a "user friendly" experience. Thanks and GOD bless.

Did not like the DO NOT FILE, FORM NOT FINAL warnings on the Federal Tax Vouchers. I kept waiting for the warnings to go away after my forms were completed and ready to file.

For the year 2025, I am just giving 2 starts as the application was unable to pull Crypto investments as well as allowable losses from last year. It was more manual this year.

questions seem to get more convoluted each year, real "head scratchers." each year i have less confidence that TurboTax "authors" know what they are doing.

Thoroughly checked our filing information and expedited submitting our returns this year. The AI rounded up a number on my spouse's W-2 but overall was accurate (I double checked it myself).

I have always used Turbo Tax for over 10 yrs., But I am disappointed in the fact that the NJ State tax instructions are lacking any references as to what should be included with your return if you want to mail it in.

I love Turbo Tax and have used it for many years. This year it seemed more complex, and the instructions were a little more confusing, but I did manage to work my way through it. Technology is just getting more complicated than ever!

This is my 42nd year using TurboTax. Big floppy disks: one for the program and one for the data if I remember correctly. 5 stars from the first year through this year. Thank yo for not wrecking it.

Intuit is a company and turbotax lobbies the government to make taxes more complicated, and removes free filing options, so you keep paying them to file your taxes .
