Was not as easy to use as in the past. Would not import last years information like it use to, was disappointed in the way it worked this year, if it does not change next year will not use again.

Have used Turbo Tax for several years. This year I kept getting an error message saying it could not save a copy as it was a "read only" file. Still did get through it to save, print & file returns.

I have been using TurboTax for 31 years and have never had a problem processing or filing my taxes. I highly recommend TurboTax for anyone wanting to do their own taxes and to file them electronically.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and love the product. However, the past couple years it gives message that it cannot connect to the internet when I am fully connected. Eventually, it does connect but can be very frustrating.

this is not working. i can't efile. I bought this software so I can efile and I'm being nickeled and dimed but I can't even submit it yet. They keep on updating things. It let me pay for submission but wouldn't let me submit.

A little more complicated it seemed this year but that may have been AI related. Still a nice solution for filing taxes for someone who doesn't have a complicated situation. Thanks

All good except I was NOT ABLE to import my UBS 1099 info via the import tool as I could last year. This year TT asked for a format for importing and TXT didn't work.

I have used this almost as long as it has been around. It has always been terrific. It’s easy. It’s quick. It’s easy to get through with little to NO pain. Thank you.

Excellent Guidance through the process. The features made it easy and were compatible with Apple Mac. There were no interface concerns, and the accuracy was nice.

Always a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work. One suggestion though; maybe see if it's possible to have all the necessary forms for your software before the IRS starts accepting returns, again if possible.
