I've been using TurboTax for over 25 years. Find it easy to use. Love being able to file on line. Information will automatically appear the following year when I begin my tax return.

I see you changed the prompts this year to "encourage" people to buy your audit defense of live help. This really turned me off. Should be a prompt to simply DECLINE these services. If you do that next year, I'll switch to another tax program.

Milking the poor with overpriced tax software and lobbying against free filing. The tax software isn't broken down into language for dummies, and they want to sell you with audit defense and services on top of it all.

Not a great experience. See below. The one bright spot was the second customer service representative who was able to resolve my problem with transmitting my e-files.

My only suggestion is to allow an option to skip the update at the beginning if going in more than once a day, or if past the due date. Both of those times, the program was updated appropriately but now takes a long time to get into the program.

Long time user of Turbo Tax. The guidance, the review, and information provided allow for all information to make a complete tax return with highest return potential.

I find the changes every year makes it more confusing for the average user. The fees at the end before you efile are tricky and misleading. i think this will be my last year using Turbo Tax.

I would like the option to just use standard at the beginning instead of having to input all my information just to use the standard deductions anyway.

I have used Turbotax for years and as I get older (78) the best feature you could provide would be scaleable fonts. It would be a friendlier process if I could enlarge the fonts.

It would be a good thing to return to the "next" group rather than the top of the list when a section of the return is finished. Having to step down through all of the previously completed sections.
