Multiple little glitches with the program. Not allowing me to edit different times. AZ forms would not print and email notification would not accept my information. This is the first year while using this program that I have had multiple issues.

I love turbo tax, I just wish I could pick it up in a store like I used to be able to. I also wish it included one free state filing instead of just a download like it used to. I hate that they are five and ten dollaring us.

The software in some areas require better EXPLANATION...1099R selections, especially with state entries regarding type. INITIAL SUBMISSION REJECTED...A TAX ID NO. ENTERED INCORRECTLY. CORRECTED, RESUBMITTED.

questions seem to get more convoluted each year, real "head scratchers." each year i have less confidence that TurboTax "authors" know what they are doing.

Many years a Turbo Tax user and always satisfied. This year it would not take my credit card information until I cleared my cache and rebooted my computer....go figure.

The IRS adjusted the tax return for something they feel I was not able to to process using this program. at this point in time I have now idea what was missed by the program..

A few glitches in the program, otherwise it makes doing taxes easy. Would like a list of suggested forms and information that could be used to help the preparer gather information needed before sitting down to complete the tax return.

Mac version is still not Apple Silicon - unacceptable. Also found some errors in the interview questions so had to use the forms to make sure submission was correct.

TurboTax would not let me file return because box 16 (state distribution) was zero and TT wanted it to be greater than or equal to box 14 (state tax withheld). So I was forced to just enter that number even though it was zero on my 1099-R form.

I've been using Turbo Tax for more than 15 years and I have no problem with the accuracy and entering all the information that is needed to file my tax.
