I love turbo tax, I just wish I could pick it up in a store like I used to be able to. I also wish it included one free state filing instead of just a download like it used to. I hate that they are five and ten dollaring us.

A few glitches in the program, otherwise it makes doing taxes easy. Would like a list of suggested forms and information that could be used to help the preparer gather information needed before sitting down to complete the tax return.

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Program changes insures each year passes correct data. Ease in adapting in changes in tax code and security processes

The system froze in the beginning, and when it came to filing the state taxes, it asked if I would like to use the free state, I said yes, and it wanted to charge me $25 at the end.

easy to use, the hardest part is coming up with something to say in the review. You should be satisfied with the score and dont make customers use more time

TurboTax does not support Windows 10 - what an arrogant scam, leaving millions of users in the lurch! Hopefully the sales will decrease significantly.

TurboTax would not let me file return because box 16 (state distribution) was zero and TT wanted it to be greater than or equal to box 14 (state tax withheld). So I was forced to just enter that number even though it was zero on my 1099-R form.

Have been using turbo tax over 10years. Glad I don't have to do all the extra schedules required to calculate income and deductions.Find it easy to use.

It shouldn't have taken until the end of February to have form 8915F updated so that I could file with a disaster declaration for money taken out of a retirement fund.

Don't have It's Deductible anymore and the compatibility with Windows 11 is poorly done. Also don't allow DVD copy of application. NOT HAPPY WITH CHANGES TO THE APPLCATION. NOT AS USER FRIENDLY AS PAST VERSIONS
