Software worked well for my rather simple taxes. I do think it is overpriced compared to other tools I could use. It would be nice to get a break for returning (and for many years) customers

basically pretty good program speed of which transfer previous years data to new return then edit entries weak point is having to update turbo tax every time you login

ease of use is good, but getting rid of It's Deductible made me regret this purchase. Plus, all the upselling is annoying. I hate having to need an account to pay for e-filing by credit card. Next year I will look at an alternative.

This is my first experience with issues. I've always had easy completion until this year . . . Had to manually fix the "No Penalty" on the RMD from Retirement Account. Otherwise, TT kept charging the RMD penalty.

If the entry space for a 1099-R form was left blank, this led to error checks at the end of the overall form. I got rid of the error checks by deleting the (blank) entry space.

I see you changed the prompts this year to "encourage" people to buy your audit defense of live help. This really turned me off. Should be a prompt to simply DECLINE these services. If you do that next year, I'll switch to another tax program.

I have used this product for years and this the first time I have been disappointed. There are too many repetitive questions of the same question. If check no it is changed to yes which I had to keep editing to clear errors.

TurboTax has gone downhill. I only use it due to habits. The interface for entering and viewing income sources/amounts is truly awful. Please fix your product.

Difficult to navigate, hard to find out how to delete forms that were not needed after they were selected. I abhor the constant attempts to get you to buy additional services.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem. I always feel comfortable that the software asks all the questions that could possibly pertain to my return. I recommend this product with absolutely no reservations.
