Harder every year to find out how to inpute items that are not just basic. i worked for a CPA firm for 30+ years and used much more sophisiticated soft ware.Seems like all you want to do now is sell services, not be helpful. Thank goodness for AI.

Makes it easy to follow prompts and all calculations are done in background. Hopefully, the state of South Carolina for not conforming to the Big Beautiful Bill have been taken into account.

Very easy to use. Completed my taxes in less than an hour. Easy filing, printing, etc. Have used this product 10+ years and it gets easier all the time.

App works fine, except window that appears for selecting address (credit charge for state return), truncates the accept icon - used tab and guessed I had right spot and it worked. Need to format some of your widows/fields better

Long time user. A little troubled by need for Windows 11 upgrade but overcame it, .Product itself has always been reliable and full of aids, assists and error resolution steps.

I've used TT for over 15 years. Too many options to purchase add-ons. I'm buying tax software not a freaking ad. We'll be using another provider next year I believe.

Turbo tax is fine. But when I went to print my Estimated Tax Vouchers they all had a large watermark that sai "DO NOT FILE" How stupid is that. I have to include the voucher with my estimated taxes.

I have been using TT for many years. It always does the job for me, but this year I have seen a huge drop in usability. There is too much eye-candy and too much upselling. It took me substantially longer this for a simple return.

2/12/26 would not import via chrome i had to go to settings , then set EDGE as default browser for https shut all browsers restart turbo tax now Edward jones import works

I like the product, but you tried to force me to the online version which is designed to run on a cell phone. I do my taxes on my laptop where I keep most of my information. I downgraded my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars for this reason.
