I used to give you five stars. I have been your customer for maybe 10 years or more. You changed your interface to track and calculate donations - clothing, etc. Your new system is awful.

The only ding I would give it is I had trouble opening the software up to use it. It was the second time I opened that it gave me a headache; it wanted the license again,

I felt you kept asking for more money, this made me less comfortable about using your softward i'll probably have my taxes done by a professional next year

Not happy with the removal of the Charitable donations program that valued non cash donations and the inability to file a state return by mail when the refund is not worth paying $25 for

There were major glitches this year in the importing of mutual fund data and also with entering some of my deductions. Not as good as previous years.

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. This version seems to be awkward. It did not transfer my investment information from last year on a usb drive.

I've been using TurboTax for over 15 years and there are never any issues/problems when completed. I love that it guides you through the entire process. Thx TurboTax!

Very well laid out, I take advantage of the "Walk me through everything" option and feel very confident in the tax form preparation an that everything was covered and I got the best possible outcome.

Been using TT for more than 10 years. Worked well most of the time. Most of the negative is due to the crazy calculations by IRS. Don't try to make sense of them. The "Social Security Benefits Worksheet" makes no sense.

The accuracy, compatibility, features, guidance and interface as they have been for all the years I have been using TurboTax which is over 25 years. Keep up the great work.
