In the past for years, I was able to E-file my Federal and State Taxes, without any issues. But with the 2025 Turbo Tax Deluxe - wants you to pay your Federal taxes with a credit card. When I typically pay it by check.

I would like to be able to duplicate entries and/or import from csv/tab delimited. There is too much white space between the fields. The Add, Next or Continue buttons should be visible at the top, you shouldn't have to scroll to get to them.

Straight-forward, Q&A format, is easy to walk through to complete my return. Once done I have a nice neat packge requiring no follow up. Thank you for doing all the hard work for me.

I have been a long time TurboTax user. This program is unnecessarily complicated, particularly with the print function. Next year I will purchase E-smart Tax.

Wonky, wonky, wonky. Did not download properly and had to remove and redownload. Retrieved my documents but did not properly show them. Had to enter documents by hand and then delete the dups. One goofy problem after another

I MOVED TO NC FROM FL. WHEN ENTERING MY PARTIAL RETIREMENT INCOME I HAD TO DO IT ALL IN MY HEAD. SO I ENTERED MY DAYS OF SOCIAL SECURITY TOO. I HAD TO GOOGLE IF SOC SEC WAS TAXED IN NC AND IT IS NOT!!!

While I was satisfied overall with my experience with Turbo Tax this year, in reviewing my .pdf file I found a duplicate entry of some dividend information. I was surprised that Turbo Tax didn't catch that.

Worked great. Something that would be good for future would be possible recommendations for how to improve your taxes for next years. Ideas to consider to try and reduce next years taxes.

Extremely disappointed about the discontinuation of It'sDeductible service. that was extremely useful, and now will have to look for other tax prep software or services that offer a similar service.

Was not a good year. I have been a TT user since 2002. The import functions were unreliable and inaccurate. The program could not handle a couple of unique tax situations. Overall a disappointing year.
