The service attempts to push you to buy add-ons regardless of whether you need them. It is expensive, and this company has spent money opposing tax reform that would make your life easier and cheaper. Buy this if you must.

Today was better than yesterday (did Mom's return) but if this is your new AI led service go back to the old way. At least today the system did not get stuck on questions and not move forward. Still felt glitchy.

Once again happy with Turbo Tax. Easy to use and accurate. Things to improve: Occasionally found it difficult to re-do a particular topic or calculation or to add to or update a particular topic or calculation.

The software dishonestly adds $45 at closing for an un-explained "Premium" service with no chance of declining that service or even an explanation of what that "Premium" service entails.

The worse experience i ever had with Turbo tax, it is so bad that it didn't allow to file electronically and neither by mail. not even the address to mail the return!

The software appears to be up-to-date with all federal and state updates and is easy to walk through on my own and it quick to point out if it thinks I have missed something.

The statement, Ok, we know it's taking more than a moment, is way overused. The ability to go to the next page usually requires scrolling down even on shorter pages. For an ex-IT person, your programing isn't all that remarkable.

I have been using TurboTax for over 25 years. It's easy to complete the necessary forms and e-file my federal & state returns. If I have a question, there's usually a guideline available to help me.
