I changed from TurboTax on Windows from prior years to TurboTax for Mac this year. Transitioning the data was seamless, and the interface was sufficiently familiar that it did not slow me down at all.

TurboTax walks the user through step by step. Some of the options are a little fuzzy to me, but there is additional help online. My taxes are pretty complicated with a lot of forms and calculations. i could not do it all wwithout TurboTax.

Seup instructions incorrect. Also reference to code was not accurate. Had to buy new laptop to get to Windows 11. Oter laptops were good, but not upgradeable.

I gave my comments in the software. Not going to retype them! This is just another issue with this years version. I shouldn't have to enter my review twice!

it is an OK software, a bit clunky. been that way for years. also if you have to do anything out of the unusual it is a pain to work with , ie going to forms and adding data

I've used turbo tax for over 25 years and really liked it. But the pushing to make you use the cloud instead of desktop version is incredibly annoying and disrespectful of my choice.

Generally quite logical, but there are times when something is locked up and it is difficult to find the solution to the problem. A little more in depth instruction would be verynhelpful in some cases, perhaps with examples of the correct enties.
