I have used TurboTax for years and it is a great product. It walks me through the various topics and help me, when it is necessary. I am very happy with it over the years. The Agents are very courteous and knowledgeable.

Got a message while eFiling 3rd Federal return that I had reached my limit. I thought I could eFile 5 federal returns. What is going on here? Is this a bug or are you shorting me?

As usual it was efficient, however it seemed harder too find the line (location) to input the 2024 refund that was applied to the 2025 taxes. It seemed hidden.

Would be nice if desktop version once submitted has previous years available on the online submissions. Changed computers and took some doing to find it.

Everything went fine until I went to file and had to stop and check for updated because Turbo Tax would not let me file . Why didn't turbo tax ask me to check for updates until the moment I am filing. What an annoying method.

Not as clear as years past, many spots where you have to pick an option and open it to fill in information. Past versions automatically open the tab and tell you to enter info.

I could not get the import function to work to my investments. I had to enter that data manually. The IRS PIN is 6 digits but your field is only 5 digits. Your instructions are weak in this section.

I had to redo my taxes even after I saved my copy because this program screwed up. I've used turbo tax for years. It may be time to find another software to use.

Easy to navigate. Had trouble selecting investment companies to edit. After trying to click on all fields, finally found the hand would appear next to the edit field. It would be nice if the edit field would act as a button.
